Duties include those activities that provide administrative leadership to staff, by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, and providing for staff development. Required Skills
- Competence in the provision of resources for providing care for clinic patients.
- Knowledge of infection control, body mechanics, and safety. Knowledge of legal aspects of administration.
- Written and verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of computer keyboard required.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Bilingual, Spanish preferred.
Required Experience
- One year in ambulatory supervisory role with leadership, and organizational ability.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other.
- Ability to work with people/subordinates in a fair and consistent manner on a day-to-day basis.
- Must be able to aid in policy development, evaluation, and implementation.
- With consideration to age, employee utilizes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational and environmental needs to patient/significant other when administering services or arranging care.
- Bilingual, Spanish preferred.
