Required Skills
- Ability to perform patient care, utilizing correct body mechanics.
- Competent to treat a variety of diagnoses who may be infants, children, adults or older adults.
- Basic splinting skills.
Required Experience
- OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant license through the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
- (BLS) Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Driver License, Valid and in State
- Automobile Insurance
- Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Preferred
- COTA - Occupational Therapy Assistant – Certified through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapist (NBCOT)
