Collaborates with outpatient surgery clinics, multidisciplinary teams, and organizational leadership to build relationships, develop standardized workflows, and implement evidence-based protocols aligned with clinical practice guidelines and community standards. Drives the strategic development of the clinic by investigating best practices, recommending resource allocation, and creating a robust system for pre-surgical care coordination. Oversees data collection and outcome tracking to refine processes and ensure continuous improvement, serving as a key leader in fostering a high-quality, efficient pre-surgical program.

Required Experience
Required:
- Active CA Registered Nurse license
- BSN
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3 years of experience interacting with patients in healthcare setting
Preferred:
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
