Manager, Pre-Operative Readiness Center

The Pre-Operative Readiness Center Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of the pre-operative readiness clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, patient preparation, and adherence to clinic policies. Collaborates with staff, outpatient surgery clinics, and leadership to maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment. Manages administrative tasks, coordinates patient care activities, and supports the implementation of operational procedures to optimize pre-surgical outcomes.

Required Skills

Required Experience

Required:

• Active and unrestricted LVN license
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient healthcare experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a surgical or pre-operative setting
• Experience collaborating with multiple surgical teams and health plans
• Experience preparing for outpatient surgical audits or quality reviews

Preferred:

• Experience in a pre-anesthesia or pre-operative clinic
